OJSC "Uzbekchimmash Plant " is specialized on designing, manufacturing and service of equipment, including :

-Equipment for oil and gas industry;

-Heat Exchange equipment;

-Evaporated apparatus;

-Equipment for food industry;

-Vessel Type equipment;

-Filters;

-Equipment for ecology;

-Centrifugal machines; Pumps;

-Drilling equipment.

Enterprise possesses all technological opportunities for producing these equipment, such as:

-Foundry and Forging press Shops;

-Mechano-treating and assembly Shops;

-Stands for automatic welding;

-Modern methods of metal and welding seams quality control.

Manufacturing of equipment may be realized in accordance with Customer's sketch Projects under International Standards, Intergovernmental Standards of CIS countries, as well.

License and accreditation : Permission of GOSGORTECHNADZOR of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Permission of GOSGORTECHNADZOR of Russia, Certificate of Competence of Central Plant laboratory, Authorized metrology service.

Used materials : Alloyed and carbon steels and alloys, low alloyed steels, steel casting, grey and alloyed cast iron, titanium alloys, welding materials.

market : The enterprise is the leading manufacturer of oil and gas  equipment in Uzbekistan. Production is supplied to chemical, food, mining industries of Republic of Uzbekistan.

The manufactured goods are imported to the following companies : "ABB Lummus Global Inc.", (USA), "KREBS Speishim", (France), METEK Metal Technology, (Israel), JSC “ACHEMA”, (Lithuania), “Volgogradhimprom”, “Severstal”, (Russia) etc.

Production and infrastructure : ojsc "uzbekchimmash plant" total territory is 19,3 hectares; there located following manufacturing shops : Pressure Vessels manufacturing shop, Compressors and Pumps shop, Foundry, Model shop, Consumer good manufacturing Shop, Additional production and Service Shops.

special processes : Special processes of welding, forging , heat treatment.

quality control : all kinds of laboratory testing of metals and weld seams, X-Ray control, Ultrasonic control, capillarity control, Helium air tightness control, Hydraulic and Standing control, each stage manufacturing control, assembly control.

personal : Total quantity of employers is 1550, including 470 engineers and technicians; 1080 – employers of the main and additional production. Continuity System of training employers is acting at the enterprise.
